The NBIMCC strains catalogue can be used in the following ways:
List of strains: Alphabetical lists of strains by species (for bacteria and yeasts/fungi) from the left menu.
Search of strains: The search can be done by NBIMCC number and by one or two keywords combined by AND, OR or NOT.
The dynamic catalogue data is currently under construction.
At this stage, the search engine can be used mostly to find certified reference strains. For other strains from the public collection, please check the alphabetical lists on the left.
The old catalogue is still available for use.
